The park spreads over 59 dunam of sloping grassy areas and picnic tables, drinking water, toilets, and playgrounds. The park is located in the channel of Nahal Kisalon and next to it is a large Crusader structure. Ein Hemed was called &#8220;Aqua Bella&#8221; during the Crusader period for the many springs and water sources in the park area. Today, four small springs flow there. The largest spring is on the south bank and the park is named after it.
