The restaurant offers contemporary cuisine, based on local agriculture and collaborations with growers, wineries, and breweries in our region. The different cuisines and variety of flavors typical to the Jerusalem and Abu Ghosh area inspired our chef in creating the menu. The menu incorporates high-quality, fresh seasonal dishes and ingredients, executed to perfection, with an emphasis on healthy and balanced diet.<\/p>

The restaurant operates throughout the day in an ALL-DAY SERVICE format –<\/p>

After breakfast, the restaurant transforms into a lounge, offering drinks, fantastic coffee, quality wines and refreshments that change during the day, as part of the hospitality package. One can also enjoy a rich menu and a varied alcoholic beverages from the bar, served at an extra charge. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
