Entrance to the spa costs NIS 40 per person per day (for hotel guests) . When ordering a treatment – free of charge.

The entrance fee includes a robe, towel, slippers and lockers (for a deposit)

The treatment menu does not include treatment for pregnant women. In addition, the use of the facilities is not recommended.

 

After ordering a treatment, it is also important to know that..:

You should arrive about 15 minutes before the treatment – both so that you can get into the atmosphere and so that we can start the treatment on time. Lateness will be deducted from the treatment.

You can cancel up to 48 hours before the treatment date.

 

In the spa you can enjoy hot drinks and cookies. Food and drinks are not allowed.

Entrance from the age of 18.

A daily fee of NIS 40, paid once per day. On the same day, unrestricted entrance is permitted during operating hours. If a massage has been reserved, entrance is free of charge on the day of treatment.

You should arrive at least fifteen minutes before the massage. Late arrival will be calculated as part of the treatment time.

Up to 24 hours before the treatment – no cancellation fee. Notice of less than 24 hours before the treatment is subject to 50% of the payment. Failure to arrive without notice, full cancellation fee.

Bathrobes and towels will be given to guests upon giving a deposit until they are returned. There are storage lockers at the spa. Personal belongings are strictly the guests’ liability.

• Upon arrival, the package may be upgraded for an additional fee and depending on availability.

Massage within six months after surgery is not allowed. For all diseases (heart, cancer, diabetes) diagnosed within the past two years, a doctor’s approval permitting the massage must be presented.

You may have a massage six months from the day of the surgery.

For packages that were reserved using vouchers, there is an extra charge on weekends, depending on the type of voucher.

Bringing food and drinks to the spa (and the hotel grounds) is not allowed.
Pampering platters and/or wine can be ordered to complete the experience.

You may request your preference for a male or female massage therapist depending on their availability.

The hotel is kosher under the Ma’a lot Rabbinate.
