THE VIEW restaurant – the hotel’s beating heart. Dairy and Fish menu. A combination of flavors, colorful “vibe” and magical views.
The restaurant offers contemporary cuisine, based on local agriculture and collaborations with growers, wineries, and breweries in our region. The different cuisines and variety of flavors typical to the Jerusalem and Abu Ghosh area inspired our chef in creating the menu. The menu incorporates high-quality, fresh seasonal dishes and ingredients, executed to perfection, with an emphasis on healthy and balanced diet.
The restaurant operates throughout the day in an ALL-DAY SERVICE format –
After breakfast, the restaurant transforms into a lounge, offering drinks, fantastic coffee, quality wines and refreshments that change during the day, as part of the hospitality package. One can also enjoy a rich menu and a varied alcoholic beverages from the bar, served at an extra charge.

Breakfast
A fresh and indulgent breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
On Saturdays, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Hotel Lounge
Throughout your stay, you are invited to enjoy the hotel lounge, offering a selection of soft drinks, hot beverages, wine and light refreshments.
Sunday–Wednesday: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 1:00 PM–11:00 PM
Saturday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Please note that the lounge closes approximately one hour before dinner service.
Dinner
A generous buffet dinner is served on Thursdays and Fridays.
From Sunday to Wednesday, dinner is served either as a buffet or as a plated meal from a selected menu, at the hotel’s discretion.
The plated dinner includes a choice of main course, accompanied by bread, dips and salads, followed by dessert. Water, sparkling water, wine and cookies from the lounge are also included.

Winter: 6:30 PM–8:30 PM
Summer, Sunday–Wednesday: 7:00 PM–8:30 PM
Thursday–Friday: 7:00 PM–9:00 PM

The restaurant offers a varied culinary experience, with a selection of dishes suitable for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
Our restaurant team will be happy to assist with special dietary requests. Please note that the hotel kitchen is not an allergen-free environment and the meals are not suitable for life-threatening allergies.
