THE VIEW restaurant – the hotel’s beating heart. Dairy/Fish menu. A combination of flavors, colorful “vibe” and magical views.
The restaurant offers contemporary cuisine, based on local agriculture and collaborations with growers, wineries, and breweries in our region. The different cuisines and variety of flavors typical to the Jerusalem and Abu Ghosh area inspired our chef in creating the menu. The menu incorporates high-quality, fresh seasonal dishes and ingredients, executed to perfection, with an emphasis on healthy and balanced diet.
The restaurant operates throughout the day in an ALL-DAY SERVICE format –
After breakfast, the restaurant transforms into a lounge, offering drinks, fantastic coffee, quality wines and refreshments that change during the day, as part of the hospitality package. One can also enjoy a rich menu and a varied alcoholic beverages from the bar, served at an extra charge.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 10:30
On Saturdays – 8:00-11:00
Lounge:
The lounge is open Sunday-Wednesday and Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Thursday and Friday from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM (the lounge closes about an hour before dinner)
The lounge offers hot and light drinks, wines and light refreshments.
Dinner:
Dinner is served on Thursday and Friday in a rich buffet as part of the accommodation package.
On Sunday-Wednesday and Saturday the restaurant offers an evening menu (additional charge)ץ
Dinner hours: Winter 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM / Summer 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
ALMOND POOL BAR
The pool bar offers a light menu to get you in the holiday vibe with a variety of cocktails, soft/hot drinks and snacks.
Operating hours: 10:00-17:00 (in season).

Our room service offers a variety of gourmet dishes from THE VIEW restaurant.
